Walking Festivals
In recent years walking festivals across the UK have become firmly established on the walkers’ map. They are a great way for both locals and visitors to get to know an area. We have been privileged to be part of our local festivals since their inception;
the Chilterns Walking Festival, coordinated by the Chilterns Conservation Board;
the North Wessex Downs Walking Festival, coordinated by the North Wessex Downs Partnership; and more recently
the Reading Walks Festival, coordinated by Reading’s Economy & Destination Agency.
These Walking Festival, which usually take place in May / June, offers a huge variety of amazing walks and events to help you discover what makes the area so special. We get busy planning our walks in January and they are usually published and available for booking via the respective Festival websites from March. Our programme of Festival walks for the current year is set out below with links to further detail and booking. We hope you enjoy them!
